Order Changes or Inquiries?
If you have recently placed an order with us we invite you to log in to your Electrum account and send us message. You will see an option to message us on the left hand side of the screen. If you need to make a change to your order, address or have any other questions this is the only place we manage order related messages. We will not respond to order related messages in our chat or support emails. You can log in to your Electrum account here, electrumsabers.com/login.php. (If you have an order with us you would have been required to create this account when you ordered.)
